⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mari was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She made the whole visit enjoyable and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed ! Her friendly smile and positive attitude really stand out — customer service like that is hard to find these days. The store is lucky to have someone like Mari. I’ll definitely be coming back
Over all experience was a 10/10 very passionate and informative. I took my baby Maltipoo to get groomed here for the first time. They gave me exactly what I wanted, in a timely fashion. We will be regulars at this location
From the moment I walk in this store I felt good about the quality of items and the staff service. I have a 6 month Rotti that I love so much, however he was out of control. I left him at Big Feed for a 1 week training and omg he came back a changed puppy. The owner cares about her customers and their pets. I feel at home when Im in the store and my Rotti Cannon loves the staff. If you are looking for affordable care please visit Big Tex Feed !!
BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! I went in to buy dog medication. When I found out that they sold me fish medication, I tried to return the item 2 minutes later and they would not accept it. They claim to be experts in the field, talk down on other feed stores but are the absolute worst. They are not interested in the customer. The lady helping me is a short Hispanic lady. Be careful on what they recommend to your pets. They are not licensed or experts. Do NOT BUY HERE!!!!
The phone number goes straight to voicemail that's posted on Google but they carry the bully fuel dog food and no one else does so I'm happy with that.
