Inhumane and un empathetic people. My physical therapist called in sick and they counted that reschedule against me. I only rescheduled twice. They banned me from their clinic. A person who is transgender and currently being diagnosed with EDS. I even left them a heartfelt message. They just don’t care. They only care about your money and their policies. God is not happy with you people….
I can’t recommend Big Sky Physical Therapy enough. I first came here a few years ago after Achilles tendon repair, and when I recently injured my ankle again, there was no question where I would go back. Both experiences have been excellent. Recovery can be hard, but the team at Big Sky has a way of making you feel supported while still challenging you to keep progressing.
