Their regular 16” tire, tubes Only cost $50 and I’m not taking about silk sew ups I’m talking shrader valves ordinary rubber. All I can say is last dollar there.

Proud of our shop! Ran into a couple traveling in an adventure van from Portland. They had a mechanical on Blue Mt., came into the shop and the great staff had them fixed up, out the door to continue exploring Missoula in a timely manner. Met them on the trails and they stated how great the shop is. Thanks Big Sky Bikes!
I thrashed my cranks while visiting Helena. The shop didn’t have any in stock but the mechanic had a set that he was saving for his next build. He sold his personal cranks to me, fixed my bike on the spot, and then drove me back to my car at the trailhead. Amazing people who saved my vacation. You can never replace what a great local bike shop can do
My wife and I purchased a couple of ebikes from Big Sky Bike this dealer is first class from sales to service when we bought employees were very knowledgeable and friendly had a little trouble getting my bike hooked up to the mission control but James and Robert stayed right on the issue and got it resolved really great service

The staff is more concerned with protecting their overpriced and under quality merchandise than actually providing the type of quality customer service you would expect from a savvy, native, local enterprise. When one of the managers did not like my autistic daughter playing around a row of bikes, he began to yell at her in front of a bunch of other customers.
