Not a great experience. The original issue to repair became several other issues and once I brought it back in for advice or a quick tune up I was just talked to rather arrogantly and was left to fix and repair it myself. Will be taking my business to the many other great bike shops in missoula from now on.
Great customer service
Rear bike tire was stolen went to them to see what they could do and the process was hassle free. Nothing to complain about.
