The staff at big sky bikes is awful, I recommend going to any other bike shop than big sky bikes they are snobby, unwelcoming, and they jack up the price on pretty much everything for sale. If you are a beginner mountain biker please avoid this bike shop.

Big Sky Bikes has some of the best bikes but it really comes down to customer care. They will take care of you well and are owned and staffed by honest, caring and ethical people. Go there and see for yourself!
I spent over 300 dollars on repairs one day and also wanted to return a bike light that I bought there but needed the packaging or receipt. They wouldn't take it back even though they could have ran my credit card and found the purchase. I have spent a lot there over the years. I was highly disappointed in their customer service.
