I’ve bought 3 tubes here in the last week and they all popped😂I’m going somewhere less expensive if I’m just going to be sold terrible products. I have a Walmart bike that functions better than the products I’ve gotten the from this store. Bummer. I guess the employee did get me the wrong tube but insisted it “should work fine” like bro😂😂 do you think $200 dollars at some bike shop is what I want to spend my money on? 4 actually 1 works, all popped near the stem

I have been going to big sky for years and have always found their staff knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a bike bag from them that I’ve use nearly everyday for the past 3 years! Recently took my gravel bike in for a tune up. Staff is friendly and the shop has great service. Picked up my bike and rides like new. Will definitely be back!

Thought I’d throw these guys a quick review. Good place. I’ve sampled nearly every shop in town and I’d say BSB is tied for one of my favorites. I enjoy doing my own wrenching and have found that BSB keeps a good stock of common parts. The staff always seems willing to offer some basic tips to go with said parts if I need them. Most importantly, some shops in town have employees that seem aloof (to say the least). The folks here are always engaging and actually seem happy to chat with their customers.

I have spent probably $15k in this shop in the last 3 years. You will never recieve another penny of my money. The employees are mostly transplanted college kids with very little knowledge and a whole lot of attitude. They also love to put their political beliefs on the entrance to their shop. I will be buying my next $10k+ at another shop.
