Highly recommend. Incredibly positive experiences with all of the staff at the Big Bend shop (Service, fitment, questions, bike build/buying process, etc...). They want what is best for you and it shows. Couldn't be more grateful of the team over there. Big Shark all the way.
Excellent service. The young woman that helped me was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The service person was also top notch
Mixed experience overall. Customer service is variable depending on the staff. Some are excellent, some less so. Rental bikes seem a bit poorly maintained. The bike I rented for the day had a non-functional rear brake (you could squeeze the lever all the way to the bar and still roll the bike easily) and the quick release on the rear wheel was so loose the wheel fell off while riding.
Thank you everyone at Big Shark for being open during the power outage. They are making the best of the situation, fixing bikes in the dark with minimal lighting, and smiling through it all. Keep up the good work!!!
