On a very short ride with some rented mountain bikes we had a chain shift past the last set of notches on the gear cassette and the derailleur hanger broke. We did not lay the bike on its side or have any sudden impacts with the bike, the only other logical conclusions are improper maintenance of the bike or an incorrectly placed stopping pin. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Fittings are done carefully and throughout. They also have a great selection of bikes and if they don't have one on hand that fits your specific needs they'll talk through options and order you the correct bike. It's been a pleasure working with them to get my new bike.
One of the very few times I feel compelled to write a review about a place. I needed a new tire for my bike, and I got there around 7:05 and left around 7:20. The man servicing it even put chain lube on my bike chain because he saw it was rusty. 10/10 service and transparent pricing.

I needed help swapping tires, two techs in the shop inspected the wheels, swapped the tires, refilled the sealant and walked me through the process (not enough compressor strength in my garage). Cleaned the wheels and had me rolling in 20 minutes. Fast, friendly, reliable
