Both Google and Apple Maps show the store open until 8 PM. We arrived at 7:10 PM and it was closed. The salesperson came out and we needed to buy a tire. We asked to sell it, but he said they were already closed. I showed him the map showing they close at 8, but he refused to help us. If you're changing your hours, change it on maps. People are making special trips to your store, and you're so uncustomer-friendly.
Around 2.5 weeks ago, the brakes in my E-bike (Lectric XP 3.0) required repair because they started making loud and annoying noises. Let me also mention that I don't own a car and this E-bike is my only mode of transportation that I bought after saving money for 1 year. So, I took my E-bike there on 5th October, 2025 (Friday) and I was told that because of the workload I have to wait for somewhere between 1-4 weeks before getting my bike back. First time here, buying a tire and getting it installed. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience, tire and install were excellent prices. They installed the tire in five minutes even though they were busy, and it being the day of the Gateway Cup. I also noticed they had good prices on new bikes and had a very good selection. The best bike shop you can find! Their service is fantastic, the technicians are absolutely great and the selection of bikes, accessories, shoes and high-end equipment is excellent! Bought my Cannondale there 5 years ago and keep going back for all other stuff. Love Big Shark! **Update** Every time I come in here they are so helpful and sharing of their expertise. Really makes it enjoyable to have such a regular great bike shop!
