Purchased and paid for 3 recliners and a couch on July 22, 2020. On November, yes November 10, 2020 they delivered all the furniture. One of the recliners, Catnapper was electric with heat and massage. They did not plug in and check out just left. Recliner would not work. Turning it over the mechanism was bent a complete mess.
