I purchased two rocker recliners ,falling apart after 4 years. When I looked at bolts missing not even tighten which wore bushings they won't repair . If you want good furniture DON'T BUY FOM BIG SANDY YOU WILL BE SORRY .

Purchased two rocker recliner chair's. One of the chair's had bolts falling out and missing some . This caused the bushings to wear out . Big sandy superstore thinks I should pay for repairs when chair was junk from start.I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BIG SANDY JUNK STORE BUYER BEWARE NOT A GOOD PLACE.

Went to look for a new fridge on monday 4-17-23 ended up going with a floor model fridge for 1400 plus tax and was given free delivery. Paid that same day in full and was told delivery would be Thursday. Come Wednesday we called and was told it was the following week on Thursday and we told them that we were told Thursday with no Daye so we thought it was that coming Thursday. My in laws chose to gift us with a new washer/dryer set to celebrate the purchase of our new home. Since day one, when the dryer was installed it didn't work correctly. I called Big Sandy (while under the warranty) and shared that the dryer would run for 10 mins then shut off with the screen saying "Delay 90- Flo Sense". This store is out to rip off customers. We ordered a table on-line and paid in full for the price listed on the website. During the transaction were even contacted by a representative who confirmed the payment and shipping arrangements. Now, a month later, weeks before delivery, they call and tell us we have to pay another $500 due to a "mistake" with the price on their website. We purchased a new couch in December. Had an issue with it and contacted them in March. Have been getting the run around and now still haven't had any resolution into the end of June. I have called a few times to express my thoughts about how their customer service doesn't seem to care about the warranty promise. In December 2020 We bought a living room outfit from Big Sandy in Chillicothe Ohio. Two months later the seams starting coming out in 2 different spots. I called them, they made me an appointment to come see it. Then they canceled that appointment. We finally got someone to the house in February and he said quote “faulty workmanship!” We are STILL waiting on the couch to get fixed. Almost 3 months later. Dave sold us $3200 in kitchen appliances. Everything but the oven was new. The oven was floor model. We bought on 3/23/21:and were told the ice storm had them behind until 4/3/21. We reluctantly agreed upon the date. We waited all day for the delivery which didn't have our stove! They lied and said we were responsible for unplugging and scooting appliances out then the day before Easter its a no show with my oven!!!
