Unfortunately what started out as a good experience turned into a total disaster. The piece of furniture that I was told that I could pick up on Monday was NOT in stock I found out after I had already paid for it. I found I was lied to and mislead on several issues. I got my money back and will NEVER deal with Big Sandy again.
Quality at a fair price.
Excellent! Second time I've been to the store to purchase furniture and have not been let down at all. Prices are great. And staff is friendly.
