Andrew was very knowledgeable when it came to the different furniture available to meet my wants/needs. He was a delight to work with. I appreciate the time that Andrew spent with me on 2 occasions. So, kudos to Andrew. Thank you very much for being patient with me on both occasions.
The buying process went smoothly and the salesperson was great, price was great, and we really like the furniture. Be aware of the delivery process though, we just moved into a new home and got brand new carpet installed the the delivery men said they weren't allowed to remove their shoes or wear shoe covers walking inside our home....even though it was raining outside. We had them drop the furniture off just inside the front door to avoid it getting rained on and had to move the furniture upstairs ourselves.
From purchase to delivery, very comprehensive process. No pressure sales tactics. And the best delivery system for customers i seen. I would recommend Big Sandy Superstore to anyone purchasing household furnishings.
