I was in need of a washing machine because my current machine was not fixable. Richard was my sales person. I found him to be an honest, no BS, man. He answered my questions and it was refreshing to work with an individual who, I felt, spoke truth instead of giving me a sales spiel. I did buy a washing machine from him/Big Sandy and look forward to the delivery tomorrow.
Staff and delivery workers were very friendly and helpful!
Friendly employees
Both deliveries last week and today were great. Staff were careful unloading and placing appliances. Very positive attitudes and friendly.
