I was very pleased with delivery. Kept me informed by text and email where they were at in deliveries and when they would be at my home. I was working when I got the text and they had just arrived right before I got home. Both delivery men were professional, friendly, efficient, explained how to operate couch and asked if there was anything else needing explained. Would definitely recommend Big Sandy Superstore!
