We've done business with this store several times, good experience, however we purchased 2 items ,that has not been delivered per our agreement. I am truly disappointed, no customer service at all. The salesman was there for quick sale, no follow-up period. Last time dealing with him. I'm hoping for a survey. After speaking with Mr. Fisher, he addressed our concerns, answered my questions, was very Professional, absolutely will continue to be die hard customers. Thank you

Although, as a first time customer, initially very disappointed with customer service and communication I was impressed that the store Manager reached out personally, listened patiently, and acknowledged my frustration. I am hopeful my issues have been resolved and will definitely give Big Sandy’s another chance in the future.
Great experience and the employees was nice and helpful.
