I had a great experience visiting Big River the other day. I’ve had arch troubles while running for awhile and went in to buy new shoes. They did a full foot and walking analysis to help me determine the best shoe types for me. They were super helpful and nice!

Great store where the employees know their stuff. Super friendly staff, customer service is outstanding. Staff was able to educate me on my foot dimensions, and suggest the perfect shoe for my daily activities. The interior is very clean. I plan on visiting again very soon!
