Outstanding Service I had a great experience with Jen at BRRC. She spent a great deal of time with me (even though I showed up 15 minutes before closing) finding the right shoe. I tried on several pairs, took them out for test runs and finally decided on a pair that fit. Unfortunately, after putting about 10 miles on them at home I developed some hot spots. I called the store to see what they thought. I talked to Ben who said I could bring them back in or try to break them in for a few more runs (my choice). I chose to give ... read more
