Stepped into Big River for the first time last week to get my first time Cross Country runner with very flat/narrow feet a good pair of running shoes. Jessica helped us and she was fantastic. Very friendly and she explained everything to my son, step by step, explained what the scan was going to do, explained each shoe and why she picked them, recommended great (gasp! ankle!!)socks that he loves and really good insoles to help him love running.
