The recruitment process of the company has problem. The HR recruitment manager told us to wait for more than 2 weeks to have the medical and physical test. After doing both of that things, she told us to go home and wait for the induction on next Wed, she also sent us training pack, lots of documents of the company. We prepared everything for the jobs.
