We've been waiting 8 weeks for our furniture and never get an answer when it is actually coming. It's been excuse after excuse. ordered mattress on Oct 14, 2023 they said 2-4 wks. to pick up. I paid cash and as of today dec 26 I still have no mattress. I call weekly n the manager Brian continually gives some excuse and says he'll check but never calls back. I requested a refund 4 weeks ago and they refuse. Still no calls, no mattress and no refund . Definitely shady business practices and dishonest people running fort smith location. I am currently pursuing legal actions.

I highly recommend going to Big Redzzz you will not regret it!! Brian is amazing I needed new beds for my kids and needed it ASAP and he made that happen with a great PRICE!!!!!

This was a very bad experience, and the nightmare isn't over, we gave these clowns thousands upfront for furniture supposedly at one of their other locations, it wasn't, it appears they sell you on a photo of a stock photo, take payment and then go about figuring out how to obtain the item they don't really own. This is a scam of a business. Be warned also take the image they show you and put it in Google lens and see how many other sites use that same image.
