Big Rapids Fields is a wonderful facility. It is one of the cleanest facility I have worked in, the staff are very welcoming of new hires. This job is for someone with compassion and love for the Geriatric community.
The employees are very attentive to the residents and other staff! The place is always clean, neat and everything in its place. Able to chat with any of the employees easily!
Finding a memory care for an elderly parent is hard. I viewed several memory care facilities before making a decision and decided on Big Rapids Fields. I am so happy with my choice. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to the clients needs and the facility is very clean. I stop by frequently unannounced, and I have been so happy that the level of care is the same rather they know I’m coming by or not.
