I've used this shuttle service for nearly a decade, multiple times a season on the Wasatch routes, never had an issue or missed a shuttle. The driver with the dog Roxy is awesome and the best they have. Occasionally some of the drivers aren't as friendly or personable, but they take care of my rig and show up as scheduled. I've shuttled in the past with these guys and they got us to the dropoff just fine. Customer service is pretty bad though, this was their response after I asked them today if they are shuttling due to a recent snowstorm.
Stay away from this shuttle company. Rude, arrogant, mean, aggressive, the complete opposite of any actual type of customer service you would expect. Sly was one of the worst employees I have ever come across in my 30 years or traveling. He cannot represent a company and needs to look for something else to do he may enjoy since customer service is not for him. Unable to text clearly, unable to communicate like a human being, unable to accommodate anyone and just outright loud and obnoxious to anyone within ear shot.
Great service and prompt, but they seriously need to update the vans. They have to turn off the AC to make it up the canyon.
