I've shuttled in the past with these guys and they got us to the dropoff just fine. Customer service is pretty bad though, this was their response after I asked them today if they are shuttling due to a recent snowstorm.

Stay away from this shuttle company. Rude, arrogant, mean, aggressive, the complete opposite of any actual type of customer service you would expect. Sly was one of the worst employees I have ever come across in my 30 years or traveling. He cannot represent a company and needs to look for something else to do he may enjoy since customer service is not for him. Unable to text clearly, unable to communicate like a human being, unable to accommodate anyone and just outright loud and obnoxious to anyone within ear shot.

Great service and prompt, but they seriously need to update the vans. They have to turn off the AC to make it up the canyon.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience I recently attempted to book a shuttle with Big Rack Shuttle for a group of four. During checkout, I noticed a helpful warning about construction closures in Millcreek Canyon. Since I'm not from the Salt Lake area, I thought it would be best to reach out to the company directly for advice on how to navigate the closures.
