I do not recommend at all. Natalie is the worst employee they have. She steals from the store and sleeps with the store manager. Extremely unproffesional and I will never shop there again. Many customers and employees lost over her.
this store has horrible management that does not hold employees accountable for their rude behavior..... front end associate NATALIE is very rude and nasty towards paying customers and employees.... pretty sad for a company

Big R was the only place in town that carried the specific brand of pet supplies I was looking for, they have great customer service, and they are sponsoring our fundraiser for my son and other children who need service dogs! I will definitely shop here again!
