Paul did an absolutely fantastic job repairing an antique American Empire fainting couch treasured by my wife. Not only was he careful and meticulous with his work, but he strengthened the sofa so that it would be saved from additional repairs in the future. He is a true artist! We would trust no one else with our antique furniture restorations,
I cannot recommend this company enough! Boulos was so knowledgeable and super friendly and communicative with updates/pictures through this whole project. Also very reasonable pricing! I took a beat up flatware box that my uncle had given my grandmother to Paul to be fixed up as a present to my dad, and he did a really nice job. While not everything was able to be reasonably fixed, everything that was turned out amazing. He even worked through the puzzle (which took a good long while) of putting all the cutlery back in for me so that way I would know how to myself. I highly recommend Paul from Big Prune! I hired Paul to refinish my damaged dining room table….it came out beautifully!! Unfortunately, it started peeling which Paul believed was related to faulty product. He redid the table over many weeks until it was fixed with no extra charge! He was great to work with and really stood behind his work!!
I highly recommend Big Prune for furniture repair. I have an old rocker that I love, but one of the main arm support spindles was broken and the rocker was completely unusable. Paul, the owner, returned my call immediately (most repair places didn't even respond). He picked up the piece personally. He did a masterful repair on a very tricky job.
