My experience with this local bike shop has been awesome. I have brought our bikes here many times and have always received great service and learned many things from my visits. The staff personnel that I have dealt with namely Jeff, Alex, Bill, and Aaron are very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot from bike rack parts to tires and service. Thanks, you guys are great!! I've recently purchased a bike and accessories from Big Poppi. The mountain bike is great, but the service is even better. Alex and Bill were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. I've gotten to know these guys and definitely trust them with my repeated business, as well as recommend them to anyone else.
I went in worried I would have to spend a good chunk of money to fix my bike but after looking over it they told me there was a simple solution and gave me tips on how to take care of it in the future! They were great and so helpful, I will definitely be going to Big Poppi with any future bike needs!
In and out with the item I was looking for: Sales rep helped me pick out the helmet I needed, no harassment to buy other items, and I was on my way. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
