Tom is the best. Great staff. Even delivered my husbands Christmas present when I was down with Covid. Friendly and experts in their field. Great inventory as well. Best, easiest bike rental shop I have rented from. Prices are great, they gave me great advice on their rentals, with great new bikes that I highly recommend!
While visiting Marathon, Fl. I needed a desperate bike repair. I googled and found this bike shop. The hours posted on google stated they were open 9-5 on Monday. I double checked on their website and saw the same hours on Monday. I drove 30 minutes and found the business to be closed and the hours stated they were closed on Monday (see pic). That was disappointing!
These folks are great, I had been shopping for a new bike (large frame) for some time, I visited the Keys from South Florida. I saw a KHS bike at a Dolphin Tourney weigh-in, liked the geometry, found out these folks were one of two dealers in So Fla..., visited, the guys were great, talked me through what I was looking for, took two bikes out for a ride..., they even threw in some better tires..., they were busy getting a large order together for a local resort, had my bike ready the next day.., great experience.
