They really need to hire an operator that doesn't sound muffle, I didn't understand any single word of the lady because she was speaking too low was asking too much questions and didn't wanted to reply my questions. Terrible Service. For being a Entertainment company there's too much secrecy. Can't get past to speak with someone in charge.
