Established in 2006. The seed of New England's most prominent and ambitious hospitality group was planted when brothers Ed and Joe Kane opened a catering company and 50s-style American diner in Hingham in 1989. Soon after, the pair bought an old granary, transforming it into the award-winning rustic Italian restaurant, Tosca where Executive Chef Kevin Long joined the team. In 2006, marketing and entertainment specialist Randy Greenstein signed on to officially form Big Night Entertainment Group.
