Michael and his team are the absolute best!! They made our weekend so lovely and smooth, even though we had to throw some last minute changes at them. The guests had the best experience too, and shared that with us throughout the weekend. Could not recommend these guys more!

We hired Big Mountain Shuttles for our wedding weekend, and while Michael was initially very accommodating, especially when expanding transportation to include our Airbnb guests, the execution fell short. We had a clear agreement that each house “captain” would receive a text from the driver when they were on their way. Unfortunately, that process never happened for some attendees. Michael and his team did an amazing job for our wedding in Highlands, NC. Our driver Andrea was fantastic!! Our night was perfectly seamless many thanks to her! Could not recommend them more!! (And communication was great)
