Purchased my 2020 Kona Process 134 from Big Mountain and have just had it's 2nd service completed by them as well as some wheel repairs. The service was quick and efficient, Adam picked up my bike and dropped it back to me after the service was complete. It is riding like new again! I highly recommend the work of Big Mountain AU for all servicing needs and will continue to use them for all biking needs!
