Had the pleasure to work with Harman. 2023 Volvo had a def gauge acting funny and kept giving SCR codes for derating. Sent my truck to Big Monster explained to them what was happening. They find out that the fuse was the culprit. It was fixed within 5 minutes. They didn't spend hours "diagnosing" like other shops just to bill me. They were very HONEST and didn't even bill me because it took less 5 minutes but they gained a customer. I will def be using their services from now on for all my fleet needs.

Pricey do alot of business with companies to have my equipment hauled this one was way way overpriced around 2 years ago. Update jan 6 2025: instead of apologizing ot offering to do better they replied to my review by saying we never did business..smh. so I updated the star rating from 3 to 0
