Big M’s still steady under new hands—clean, stocked, and calmer than it used to feel. The deli does its job, and the meat department’s well-kept. Still… I miss the old butcher. He had a way of making things personal. That kind of presence sticks. Change isn’t easy here, but this one’s been handled with care. So far, so good.
