The service is fast and the workers havevgreat attitudes and are very helpful.
This place is horrible I took a coach back that was still covered under warranty. The manager named Andy that night said it had excessive wear and he wouldn’t warranty it. The coach it made of a soft plush material and the stitching was coming apart at the seams. He ask what I was sitting on it, I guess implying I was sitting a truck engine or something. The gentleman was very rude and I’m guessing there store modo is to try not to warranty anything. I wouldn’t advise buying anything here unless you want junk that will fall ... read more
The customer services was outstanding... I have been a Biglots customer in the Spindale, N.C store for a long time for a while the customer services was awful . The stores has shown alot of improvement in the past few weeks. Today I was greeted when I walked in by a new employee I'm almost sure she is a manger. I have been wanting to give a review for quite some time. I love this store! The displays are well maintained, store is very clean and best of all, the staff are friendly,, and very helpful. I had left my phone at the store and when I called to see if they had it, behold!, they did!! The cashier had the phone and was just about to call me they had the phone! I am forever grateful!! All I need to do now is get used to merchandise not available any more, but new choices are great!
