Video cameras abound, everything you do is on camera, and will be used against you. I worked here for a year, worst place I ever worked. Boss will yell at you in front of others, talks about clients in front of other clients and staff.
I have worked/work here. Also for the Banks and the Government. They all have one thing in common CAMERAS. It documents good things, bad things, great for keeping people safe. Great for state inspections and guardian review as well for the clients. Used mostly for coaching mistakes and safety. Pay is every two weeks. Lag days to process time cards/pay. 3 weeks for a first paycheck in not out of the question. I only get paid once a month by choice with BLCC, required by other work I have dome with the government. I work here also, the owner is fair with the employees. She is the most caring boss I have had!
Was suppose to get paid 3 weeks ago. I still haven't gotten my check. Very frustrated and management won't help. They said it was sent in the mail and if it got lost in the mail I have to pay $25 for them to write a new check. I'm extremely disappointed and upset with this place of work.
