I sent an employee to the store for ac sanded ply. They picked the wrong board and threw it in the truck. I had to drive back to the store 30 minutes to exchange for the right board when I asked for a discount or refund for my troubles they said to kick rocks. Expect mistakes and dont expect them to take responsibility for it.
