My daughter and I went in, we were curious about what they had inside.. with the name of Big kahuna, I thought it was close for larger people. I was surprised to see they have regular sizes, small largest, Etc. They had a lot of prints a lot of San Francisco shirts. I am from San Francisco. They also had a lot of shoes we went just to look at. The gentleman that greeted us was really nice and kind and he let us know if we needed anything. He was here to help us.
Not typically someone who reviews but this one deserves it. I walked in to try sandals on and was telling the older lady working that I was looking for a comfy pair for travel. I tried ones on and mentioned how I saw a similar pair online and was wondering if they were the same.. she started getting all defensive telling me they aren’t a showroom to try shoes on. Horrible customer service, treated us like peasants and told us that her store wasnt a show room just because we were trying on shoes. Will never be back.
My daughter came out of the store crying today because one of the workers body-shamed her. She was hoping to try on a dress and when she asked the worker, the worker looked her up and down and said “this does not look like it would fit your body”. I went in looking for shirt for myself decided to get a shirt for my step dad. They have like 16 to 20 graphic tees about old people. Like compliments not a put down. Saw I shirt that I thought my step dad would like and bought. Me and the lady that helped me shared a quick chat about said shirt and sent me on my way. A pleasant experience overall. Questions...
