Went to the shoe store Monday! Bought a great pair of Red Flats from Turkey! Already have the same pair from 5 years ago! Leather good arch! Max was the salesman! Very friendly nice chat and very knowledgeable! Thanks for still being there!!
Popped in on a whim, greeted by a fantastic gentleman who was happy to provide any assistance he could. Browsed the great selection of men's shirts, ultimately found something special on the sale rack. Nice quality products, great employee, wide selection, there's nothing not to like here!
My daughter and I went in, we were curious about what they had inside.. with the name of Big kahuna, I thought it was close for larger people. I was surprised to see they have regular sizes, small largest, Etc. They had a lot of prints a lot of San Francisco shirts. I am from San Francisco. They also had a lot of shoes we went just to look at. The gentleman that greeted us was really nice and kind and he let us know if we needed anything. He was here to help us.
Not typically someone who reviews but this one deserves it. I walked in to try sandals on and was telling the older lady working that I was looking for a comfy pair for travel. I tried ones on and mentioned how I saw a similar pair online and was wondering if they were the same.. she started getting all defensive telling me they aren’t a showroom to try shoes on. Horrible customer service, treated us like peasants and told us that her store wasnt a show room just because we were trying on shoes. Will never be back.
