We rented a beach wheelchair during our stay in OC, MD. The prices are incredible. The wheelchair was easy to use. Jim is incredibly easy to work with. Our car did not fit the wheelchair, so Jim delivered it to us and also picked it up when we were finished at the end of the week. Jim is very responsive . He answered the phone promptly and will communicate clearly the duration of our rental.
My grandmothers mobility scooter broke down while we were at the rides with my son one evening. I called Big Jim’s Bikes and they answered the phone and were at the shop on Somerset to rent me a scooter within 10 minutes of calling. The scooter worked great and honestly saved the night! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
