this company has a very bad history of being late and some times not showing up at all. which is a bad thing if you have medical appointments in Ohau that took months to arrange.. they never let us know until we contacted them that they were not coming at all. Have used them in the past from the same location with no issues-this company has gone down hill in customer performance
