Joe at Big Island Jeep rental was awesome to rent from! He made the entire process so easy and the Black Jeep we rented was awesome! Took it to the top of Mauna Kea with no issues! It was also so nice to have beach chairs and cooler already packed in the jeep when we picked it up!
Big Island Jeep was a phenomenal experience for our car rental. The best way to see the Big Island is in a big Island Jeep!! The Jeep was clean, ran well, and loaded up with beach gear with everything we needed. Honestly, the thing that won me over with Big Island Jeep was Joe's service. Joe was helpful months before we rented the jeep. Joe provided recommendations of where to eat, what activities to do, and videos about how to put the jeep in 4 low, and open the hard top to let the sun in. Jeep was in great condition, and super easy to drive!
What a great experience! My husband and I had a great time with the Jeep we rented. We went on some real adventures and saw new things on the island every day we were there. The communication with the company is wonderful, they keep you updated every step of the way, and when we had a small issue the first day, they even texted me right back at 7pm! I have recommended Big Island Jeep to everyone who I have told about my trip and we will definitely use them again the next time we visit.
Big Island Jeep is a good go to company for renting a reliable jeep that can take you almost anywhere on the Island. They also gave me a Veteran discount which was very much appreciated.
