Great experience with Big Island Jeep Rental. Easy pickup and drop off. Jeep was clean an well maintained. Had the Jeep for a week. Took the Jeep to the top of Mauna Kea and on some dirt roads north of Kona. No problems at all with the Jeep. Will rent from them again.

Renting a jeep from Big Island Jeep Rental for our trip to the big island was one of our better choices while there. We did it mainly for the trip to the top of Mauna Kea which we ended up doing twice. You can’t go up there without a four wheel drive! Our vehicle was in excellent condition and was pleasant to drive in all conditions and Joe (the owner) was super responsive and always available through texting. I always enjoy renting a Gladiator from Joe. The process is super easy and the Jeeps are always great. This was year two renting from him, and I will do it again the next time I need an awesome ride on the Big Island! This is the best way to get a rental car in Kona.

We rented our Jeep from Bigisland Jeep rental, we really loved having the Jeep for a week while touring the island. The soft top over the driver seat was a nice surprise. We would definitely rent from them again. 5 stars.
