We had a wonderful time renting the Da Dolphin camper van for our trip to Hawaii Island. Booking was easy, and Doug was very responsive and helpful, especially as it was our first time visiting the island. Had an amazing experience with Dug and Big Island Campers. Can’t recommend enough. The van build outs are great it’s easy to get to from Kona airport and Dug is super easy to communicate with. Going to rent again if we can. Best way to explore big island!!! We even watched Kīlauea erupt from the back of the van.

Where to start. My girlfriend and I rented for 4 nights and 5 days and had an incredible experience circumnavigating the island. Doug’s campers have the authentic charm of island life. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Doug’s island map is filled with amazing recommendations but Doug also went above and beyond talking us through recommendations based on our interests when we arrived.
