Came in for a bike repair. Ended up wasting 30 minutes standing there with my bike while employee chatted it up with another customer. Did not get greeted or asked if I needed helped. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
One of the BEST bike shop experiences I have had in a long time, and I cannot stress that enough! Talking with Jay was a real pleasure! His depth of knowledge and customer service was incredible and honestly caught me off guard. Great customer service and expertise! I highly recommend the Bighorn bike shop. Jason took my bike and called me within 2 hours with the details of what was wrong and the work was completed. I had my bike back and ready to roll on the same day!
THE goto outdoor store in town. All workers are very knowledgeable in a variety of outdoor activities and have tested much of what is sold in the store. If you have questions there are quick answers or, you can spend the next hour getting educated on your next multi day backpacking trip. Great people and great gear.
