A staff member walked towards me, staring right at me, then turned her back, and did a type of stretch and looked over her shoulder at me. I couldn’t tell if she was being extremely weird or if she thought I was going to steal something.
Whether it’s a new bike, a pair of skis, or the beta on a local trail, Chris and his crew at Bighorn has you covered. Great products, excellent customer-service and a friendly local vibe keeps me coming back.
For several years this has been the best place to go in Great Falls for outdoor gear. The customer service and that they don’t carry junk gear are the best parts.
Awesome staff, amazing selection, and everything you need to hit the trail! Won't be shopping anywhere else. By far the best outdoor shop I've been to in the US. I've never worked with such specialists in the backpacking community who have gone above and beyond to help me prepare for a major backpacking trip. Wouldn't have been prepared as I am without them.
