Good luck if your card gets turned off after hours or on weekends. I can't even use PayPal or venmo half the time without it restricting my card. At least other banks have 24 hour assistance or text alerts asking if it is a legit purchase. Or if the online banking goes down, it'll randomly decline all purchases. It's happened multiple times to me.
Always friendly, always courteous. The branch manager is keenly involved in day to day business, she is knowledgeable and familiar with the clientele.
