We stayed at the motel 8, this is another story, I went to get a cup of coffee across the street at Bighorn. Not only was it good coffee, It was FREE!!! Not saying ur going to get a free cup but a free cup of coffee nowadays, is unheard of!!! The guy buying his stuff turned around and bought my donuts. Just wanted to put it out there, the people made the stop in Riverton Wyoming an awesome experience and plan on stopping there again. Maybe NOT motel 8, lol.
The good: they have what I need most of the time and their prices are somewhat reasonable, with some notably overpriced exceptions. The bad: mostly poor customer service coupled with apparently poor management. There are a few staff who have been exceptionally helpful, but most seem unmotivated.
My husband went in for a fastener/snap and no one knew even a relative idea of where they are at. He ended up calling me and I told him the exact area! The customer service in the ag part is slacking and seem to rely on one person way too much. Many times when I have gone in, they salesmen never leave the counter, with the exception of one gal. I highly recommend that the staff start getting out from behind the counter and start figuring out where things are to better help other customers.
Didn't enjoy waiting 15 minutes to get a single able of hey. Only seen one person in building, the other sails associate was over at car quest ordering parts while on the clock . I asked if the lady come back and no one even used a radio to contact her that someone is waiting. Not to enthusiastic about the employees work ethics .
Everytime I go in here people are friendly, patient, kind and cheerful. Tonight they stayed late for us because we got to town late after driving from their elevator. Thank you so much!
