I recently purchased an electric bike from Big Hill Cycle. During my first ride, it unfortunately malfunctioned. When I phoned Big Hill Cycle they were able to help me right away, even going as far as picking my bike up from my house to bring it to the shop. Brenden and the team were amazing and ready with solutions!
Not sure of the young man’s name, but he was a huge help in fixing my granddaughter’s bike. He put it up on the rack almost as soon as I came in. The whole staff there were helping other customers as well. Excellent service and I thank you, my granddaughter will be very excited to get her bike back.
Fantastic experience with everyone there yesterday. They cleared a path so my daughter could test ride her new bike inside (-27 outside). They even took the time to custom fabricate the mount so her basket would fit on the new bike. Top notch service from everyone!!!
