Not sure of the young man’s name, but he was a huge help in fixing my granddaughter’s bike. He put it up on the rack almost as soon as I came in. The whole staff there were helping other customers as well. Excellent service and I thank you, my granddaughter will be very excited to get her bike back.
Fantastic experience with everyone there yesterday. They cleared a path so my daughter could test ride her new bike inside (-27 outside). They even took the time to custom fabricate the mount so her basket would fit on the new bike. Top notch service from everyone!!!
The bike mechanics in my experience have always offered an honest diagnosis and their service goes above and beyond. I brought my bike in for what I figured would be a tire replacement and Brandon made a few quick adjustments and sent me on my way with a working bike. Ben and Brandon are superb. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
Today I took my Ebike in to my go-to shop as I have done several times before. I've always had great service from Big Hill. But not today. They refused to work on it. A standard shimano shift cable was frayed but they said they no longer work on Ebikes they don't sell. So over to the other bike shop. The "bros" over there took good care of me. So now I have a new go-to bike shop.
Always great and prompt service. My go-to bike store.
