The bike mechanics in my experience have always offered an honest diagnosis and their service goes above and beyond. I brought my bike in for what I figured would be a tire replacement and Brandon made a few quick adjustments and sent me on my way with a working bike. Ben and Brandon are superb. Much appreciated and highly recommended.
Today I took my Ebike in to my go-to shop as I have done several times before. I've always had great service from Big Hill. But not today. They refused to work on it. A standard shimano shift cable was frayed but they said they no longer work on Ebikes they don't sell. So over to the other bike shop. The "bros" over there took good care of me. So now I have a new go-to bike shop.

Amazing service , bike is like new again after the service and major tuneup .... Decent pricing as well which helps .... Very well explained process for the tuneup and also very good communication regarding timing and such !!!! Keep up the good work Big Hill Cycles
