I had a very traumatic injury to both my shoulders. After an intense rotator cuff repair, with reattachments to my bicep and tricep tendons, Jemison's incredible hands are getting me through the recovery. Having to wear a sling is creating tension across my back and into my neck and the surgeon has allowed Jemison to work on me. I don't know how I would get through this ordeal without him. You won’t find a better therapist in the area who specializes in sports physical therapy and muscle movement for any aches, pains, or maintenance. And talk about hand strength! Mare' is the most amazing massage therapist I have encountered. She knows the physiology of the muscle/skeletal anatomy and how to manipulate it to get the best relief.
If you are expecting a "spa" massage this is not that. I needed deep tissue work and correction work. He worked in stretching and as well as seeing how my body responded to those movements. While doing this he saw some issues and addressed them. I left feeling better and could tell a difference.
amazing corrective "massage" Jemison knows exactly how to release knots and re align the skeletal structure. The best sports rehab session I have had. Highly recommend for anyone with old injures, limited mobility or just tired and worn out muscles from exercising and living an active life
