Laz and Georgia are the best. No better place to take your bike or get your gear from.
Great shop. Laz was very helpful in the initial purchase of the bike. Had some unfortunate and puzzling warranty issues that took multiple returns to the factory to get right. Laz and team were very communicative throughout the process and advocated for a good fix. Really happy with the service and the way they approached and handled the warranty was top notch.
I needed a pair of bike shorts, and as someone who knows nothing about cycling at all, I needed a hand. The service at big grin was 10/10. The man working was very thorough when helping me pick a pair and made sure I was getting shorts that fit me properly. If he hadn’t been so willing to help, I would have left with the wrong fit. Thanks a million! Will be back
