I needed a pair of bike shorts, and as someone who knows nothing about cycling at all, I needed a hand. The service at big grin was 10/10. The man working was very thorough when helping me pick a pair and made sure I was getting shorts that fit me properly. If he hadn’t been so willing to help, I would have left with the wrong fit. Thanks a million! Will be back

I could not recommend Big Grin Bikes more! My friend and I called in on our bike trip with a flat tire. Laz was so helpful and even came to pick us and our bikes up. We were very well taken care of and sent back on our way in even better shape than how we started. Thanks again!
