Bought a bed at BFS. Just wanted to say how much we appreciated the excellent service from start to finish. The friendly approach. Advice - no hard sell - to the very courteous young gentlemen who delivered the bed. They negotiated our quirky cottage corners to put the king size bed in upstairs as requested. Thank you all. The Big Furniture Superstore has a handy showroom right on the edge of Plymouth city centre. I bought two beds, and a range of home office furniture items. Everything is high quality and competitively priced. All items arrived quickly and were delivered already assembled. The delivery men were also great.
Always pleased with the help and lights we purchase. The fan lights are brilliant.
