We recently moved to the area and Big Fun is one of two distributors that sell the quality of balloons that I use for my business. On my first visit I realized very quickly that the vibe of the whole place was off, it seemed like I was an annoyance to them. I took it upon myself to greet them and introduce myself as a new business to the area since neither of the front office women had time to turn away from their desks and from then on it didn’t go any smoother.
