Ordered a custom shirt and approved a mockup, but the final product was printed with a clear spelling error (“PAINO” instead of “PIANO”), making it unusable. When I reached out, I was told I would need to pay to have it reprinted. I understand approving the mockup is part of the process, but this is a basic spelling error that should have been caught before printing. Also, the logo used was not the one I provided. Disappointing experience, especially for a custom print shop where accuracy matters.
Unfortunately have to give these guys two thumbs down and 1 star so here's my experience with Big Frog Clearwater. I called around to get pricing on some shirts for my sons new business that he is very excited to get up and running. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they did an excellent job! I’m very pleased with the results.
