I have been looking for assistance with medical transport for over 3 years .. sometimes espescially if sedation is needed , I definitely need a driver . Many people now are very busy , work obligations and helping with grandchildren ..no time to help those of us with low budget , with these things . Services like sorts is a blessing . This service has greatly improved since 3 years ago , the dispatch people are very kind and helpful . I had my first ride on the 5 th of this month . Great driver , a real blessing , Gayle

I called asking for some information and the lady I spoke to so plain out rude no matter how my tone was how nice I was she had an attitude the whole conversation told me she couldn’t help me before I could even explain to her what I needed to!!! Your public transportation YOU WORK WITH THE PUBLIC SO ACT LIKE IT !!!
