I called asking for some information and the lady I spoke to so plain out rude no matter how my tone was how nice I was she had an attitude the whole conversation told me she couldn’t help me before I could even explain to her what I needed to!!! Your public transportation YOU WORK WITH THE PUBLIC SO ACT LIKE IT !!!
OK to all SORTS riders. This is a very well managed company. If anyone can't understand their business is because cheap scumbags hire on just long enough for SORTS to pay for their CDL-M drivers license. Then quit the next day after getting a free License. Our local director is working above and beyond to stop this. Be patient. It will fix itself, hopefully, after the Nov. Election. DON'T BLAME THE MESSENGER. BLAME THE CDL THIEFS! NM
