We had an absolutely incredible experience with Big Fish Encounters from Sunday through Tuesday! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They checked in on us periodically without being intrusive and were always quick to help with anything we needed. We had a really good experience. The shacks were clean and well organized. Before heading out to the lake, make sure to ask about all the fishing rules. Overall, very satisfied.
Just wrapped up this past weekend and it didn't disappoint! This was our first experience with ice fishing this way and we had a great time! Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I would recommend them and we plan on returning.
I called Matt and Jason looking for some information and pricing on Norsk batteries. They both took the time to answer every question I threw at them. Pricing was great and they had the items in stock. Fast forward a few days and it’s on the front porch packaged with care.
