I've been in the fishing industry for 45 years. Matt is the most knowledgeable person that knows marine electronics. Installations are clean. He sets you down,sets up your unit, and shows you how to operate it.
We had an absolutely incredible experience with Big Fish Encounters from Sunday through Tuesday! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They checked in on us periodically without being intrusive and were always quick to help with anything we needed. New shack and had a good experience overall.
We had a really good experience. The shacks were clean and well organized. Before heading out to the lake, make sure to ask about all the fishing rules. Overall, very satisfied.
Just wrapped up this past weekend and it didn't disappoint! This was our first experience with ice fishing this way and we had a great time! Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I would recommend them and we plan on returning.
