Customer service rep Paige should find a new career. Whoever owns this business should be embarrassed. 20 days without any communication on my order despite taking my deposit. This is not how you treat repeat customers after years of doing business here. I'm an independent pro wrestler so having t shirts made up atleast twice a year is common. You had my business for the last 4 orders, never again going forward.
Customer Service doesn't exist here. Find a different screen printing place that values their customers and practices professionalism. I placed an order on June 6th(20 days ago). My 4th order in the last 2 years with BFGH, and to be honest it was only due to a friend who referred me, they were cheaper than my previous place and they were local instead of online. Fast forward to today, it's been 20 days so I call in and ask about an estimate for completion as I missed one show already this past weekend that I needed them for.... read more
