I called to ask a question in the dude literally hung up in my face tried to call back did not answer me I'm pretty sure that their services is good any other time but this just literally ruined my service
I was surprised to find a flag on my license due to insurance lapse. I called them thinking I was about to pay over $500 to reinstate my license. However, the amazing lady on the phone realized that I didn’t actually have a lapse in insurance and she fixed it for under 50$! I was SO relieved as this was looming over my head! They also helped my boyfriend with a similar problem a couple years ago and they were SO helpful. I 100% recommend them to anyone!
