Called and asked about an expired Groupon. The policy is even if the promo value expires, the business will still accept the original purchase amount as credit towards a new service. The lady who answered the phone (Nov 3rd 4:43 p.m) was incredibly rude. I asked about redeeming the expired Groupon and she refused to answer me, just repeating "you want massage? What time?"
