Big D's was running the shuttle at Watkins Glen State Park from the Upper Entrance of the park to the South Entrance. We are avid hikers but to save some time, we saw the bus at the upper entrance and asked the woman how much the shuttle was, and she told us. We decided no, for $14, we can walk the North Rim trail back. When we said no, nevermind, she replied, "Oh, are you sure you want to walk that? Good luck to you" followed by a sarcastic laugh right then and then we could still hear her laughing loudly as we walked away.... read more

Excellent service!! Big D's Limos has been fabulous at getting my student to/from Cornell to the Ithaca Airport and Syracuse airport. From early morning departures to late night arrivals. They are always on time, will wait for the student to get their luggage, and helpful. Safe driving, and reliable service. No worries if the flight is late, they will keep track of it and make sure the driver is there when you land. Incredibly happy we found this service!!
